Collagen production line, the unit is mainly used to deal with the drying process. One HANBELL LT-S-H two-stage high-temperature heat pump compressor is used. The inlet and outlet water temperature of hot water is 80/85℃ and the inlet and outlet water temperature of evaporator is 18/13℃. It can provide cold and heat sources for the combined air cabinet, so as to maximize the energy efficiency and to solve the problems of drying temperature and drying speed. The maximum temperature of conventional water source heat pump is 65℃ and the maximum temperature of hot air is about 55℃. Using LT-S-H, the water outlet can reach 85℃ and the air outlet can reach about 75 ℃, so as to achieve efficient and fast drying speed.
